เรื่องย่อ

          เเอลินอร์ (เซียร์ซ่า โรแนน) และ คลาร่า (เจมม่า อาร์เตอร์ตัน) สองแม่ลูกที่หนีจากการตามล่าของตำรวจ จนมาถึงเมืองเล็กๆริมทะเล ที่พวกเธอพยายามเริ่มต้นชีวิตใหม่ โดย คลาร่า ก็เป็นสาวยุคใหม่ที่มีความมั่นใจ และไม่เคยคิดที่จะหันไปมองอดีต ในขณะที่ เอลินอร์ ก็เป็นผู้หญิงขี้อายและเงียบขรึม อย่างไรก็ตาม อีเลนอร์ ก็รู้จักกับ แฟรงค์ (คาเล็บ แลนดรี้ โจนส์) ชายหนุ่มผู้มีจิตใจดี ซึ่งก็ทำให้เธอรู้สึกเชื่อใจ และบอกความจริงไปว่า แท้จริงเธอเกิดในปี ค.ศ. 1804… นั่นหมายถึงเธออายุ 16 มานานแล้ว และเธอก็ต้องกินเลือดของมนุษย์ เพื่อความอยู่รอด… ใช่แล้ว ทั้งเอลินอร์ และคลาร่า คือแวมไพร์ หลังจากที่ออกเดินทางมากว่าสองศตวรรษ พวกเธอก็พร้อมจะตั้งถิ่นฐานที่ไหนสักแห่ง อย่างไรก็ตามอดีตก็ไล่ตามมาทัน มีความลับอีกอย่างที่ คลาร่า ไม่เคยบอก เอลินอร์ นั่นคือพวกเธอไม่ได้กำลังหนีจากตำรวจ แต่ความจริงแล้วเป็นกลุ่มแวมไพร์ที่เรียกตัวเองว่า “บราเธอร์ฮู้ด” ซึ่งจะเข้ามาถึงตัวของพวกเธอในอีกไม่ช้า!!!
